Welcome to Conflict Live.
Tensions are rising in the Middle East, causing casualties and loss of life and property every day.
Authorities are doing everything in their power to de-escalate and contain the region.
Many Western countries continue to escalate tensions in the region as if it were their territory.
The Iran-Israel war has captured Lebanon from the very beginning.
Since the terrible attack by Hamas, Lebanon has become a hotbed of conflict.
People living in the region express their sadness and fatigue over the negative effects of the war.
Since Lebanon is close to Israel, aggressor groups play an active role in the region.
Aggressive groups recently launched an attack on the Lebanese region.
After the attack, the Israel Defense Forces announced that four of its soldiers were wounded.
The aggressor Army stressed that the attack occurred during an activity carried out by a reconnaissance unit of the Gallani Brigade and the elite Yahalom combat engineering unit on the Lebanese side of the border, a few hundred meters from the Israeli fence.
The Israel Defense Forces announced that one soldier was seriously wounded, two others were in moderate condition and another soldier was lightly wounded.
The soldiers were taken from the Lebanese territory and transferred by helicopter to an Israeli hospital.
Hezbollah later claimed responsibility for the explosion, saying that a large number of explosives were planted in Lebanese territory in an area opposite the Israeli community of Adamit in the northern region.
The attacking group admitted that it was detonated when Israeli soldiers were crossing the border.
Following this, the Israel Defense Forces quickly took action.
The Israel Defense Forces’ first step was to announce that Israeli warplanes had struck Hezbollah positions in South Lebanon.
According to an initial statement by the Israel Defense Forces, the targets included buildings used by the aggressor group, rocket launching points and other infrastructure in Settakin, Matmura, Labuna and Aita ash Shab.
In addition, army units reportedly shelled areas near the Ita ash Shab area in order to eliminate threats that were likely to come.
Lebanon’s official news agency reported that an alleged Israeli airstrike targeted a house in the Hanin area outside the southern town of Bint Jabeel.
According to reports, the explosion was very strong and was heard in the Nabatiyeh region of southern Lebanon.
Some officials claim to have heard the explosion from Tyre, 22 kilometers away.
Visual images quickly spread on social media, showing a large plume of black smoke emanating from the alleged attack.
All these developments are just the beginning of a much bigger war.
Lebanese Hezbollah and the Israeli army exchanged fire this morning, with the aggressor group launching two attack aircraft into northern Israel.
This was the beginning of the end for their command.
According to local officials, two Hezbollah commanders were shot dead by the Israeli army in the morning.
Three others were lightly wounded in the Hezbollah drone attack.
The Israel Defense Forces said two drones loaded with explosives struck areas close to the Beit Hillel community in the northern region.
Hezbollah claimed that an iron dome battery was targeted in this attack.
The aggressor group has made similar claims in recent months, but the Israel Defense Forces said that these claims were invalid and that if there had been an attack, the sirens in the warning system would have sounded.
Images circulating on the internet purportedly show a drone flying over the Galilee immediately after the drone attack.
Lebanese media reported that one person was killed in an Israeli drone strike on a vehicle in the village of Ain Beal near Tyre, about 15 km from the Israeli border.
The Israeli Defense Forces confirmed the Lebanese information and said that Hezbollah had targeted and eliminated the commander of the coastal region.
The army said Ismail Youssef Baz was a high-ranking and experienced official in Hezbollah’s military wing. It said he held various positions, including commander of the coastal region.
As part of his duties, Ismail Youssef Baz participated in the organization and launching of rockets and anti-tank missiles against Israel from the coastal areas of Lebanon.
He organized and planned an army of terrorists against the state of Israel during the war of aggression that was neutralized.
Hezbollah announced the death of Ismail Youssef Baz, saying that he was killed on the Jerusalem road, which is used for spies killed in Israeli attacks.
Hezbollah has been attacking Israeli troops and outposts on the border with drones, anti-tank missiles, rockets and other means every day since October 8.
In the midst of the war in Gaza, Hezbollah says it is doing this to support itself.
The group is Iran’s representative in Lebanon, and Palestinian militant groups such as Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad are supported by Iran.
According to the Israel Defense Forces, Ismail Yousef Baz was the sixth Hezbollah officer of the same rank as the brigade commander recently killed by Israel.
The army announced that more than 30 Hezbollah commanders have been neutralized in strikes over the past six months.
For Hezbollah, this number has been very painful.
Hezbollah has also lost a large proportion of its operational strength.
A little later, Lebanese media reported that two Hezbollah members were killed in another drone strike on a vehicle in the town of Chehabieh.
According to the Israel Defense Forces, or IDF, responsibility for the attack was taken some time later. It said it targeted a commander from Hezbollah’s elite Radwan force.
Mohammed Shahuri Radwan was the commander of the western region rocket unit, according to the Israel Defense Forces.
Sharing footage of the attack, the army said Shahuri was killed while driving in the town of Kafar Dunin, bordering Chehabiyeh.
The Israel Defense Forces said Shahouri was the person responsible for planning and executing the rocket attack on the Israeli home front from western and central southern Lebanon.
In addition to Shahouri, another Hezbollah commander, Mahmoud Fadlala, was also neutralized during the offensive.
The IDF said Fadlala was also a member of the rocket unit.
Hezbollah announced to the world that they were both dead.
The IDF said it carried out strikes in the towns of Ainbal, Alma, Ash Shab Hanin and Yarun, targeting structures used by Hezbollah and where officials gather.
The Israel Defense Forces said that several rockets were fired into northern Israel and caused no damage.
The IDF added that it was shelling the areas from which the rockets were launched.
Israel has threatened to go to war to drive Hezbollah away from the border area and has continued to threaten the area, where some 70,000 people have been evacuated from northern communities to avoid clashes.
Despite all this loss of life and property, Hezbollah continues to organize serious operations against Israel under the pretext of supporting the aggressor Hamas.
This demonstrates that Hezbollah is a violent, aggressive group in all circumstances.
In the wake of these developments, the IDF has taken measures in response to the attack launched by Iran last week.
The Israel Defense Forces has decided how it will respond to Iran and its agents.
However, the IDF has not yet decided on the timing.
Due to the uncertain timing and all the difficult preparations required, some of the current decisions may change.
Nevertheless, the formation of a decision demonstrates the seriousness and determination of the Israeli leadership to respond, although all signs are that Jerusalem is trying to stop the attack in order to avoid a regional conflict.
Israel Defense Forces Chief of Staff Lieutenant Hertsy Halevi stated that the timing of the attack was not close when the 136th Battalion struck the Arrow air defense battery.
Halevi added the following: “We are conducting an internal policy that will allow citizens to live almost as usual, at least during this Easter Week, because we have full confidence in you and your preparations.
It was emphasized that the resumption of the home front command’s policies and other officials’ normal schedules may be part of a planned deception to distract Iran and its proxies.
But at least a proper reading of the relevant signals suggests that a major attack in the coming days is not imminent and may even be postponed for a longer period.
The options envisaged for an attack range from attacking Iran’s nuclear facilities to more limited options.
Nevertheless, some signals suggest that the air force will strike an extraordinarily important target.
Defense Minister Yoav Galant recently made the following statement.
The Iranians have failed to attack and will fail to deter Israel.
